Order individual transfers or gang sheets. Print-ready transparent artwork is preferred.

Customer Order Policies
These policies help us keep custom orders accurate, fair, and on schedule. Submitting a request does not create a final order until pricing, artwork, and production details are confirmed.
Orders & Payment
Website prices are starting prices. A final quote is provided after we review your complete request. Production begins only after the final order details are approved and required payment is received.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, numbers, colors, placement, and other design details before approving artwork. Production begins after approval. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins after the order, artwork, and required payment are approved—not when the initial website request is submitted. Completion dates are estimates and may vary based on order size, product availability, and production requirements.
Rush Orders
Rush service is subject to production capacity and is not guaranteed until accepted. Approved rush orders add 25% to the applicable order price.
Cancellations & Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once materials have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, or production has started, charges already incurred may not be refundable.
Custom Product Returns
Because personalized and custom-made products are produced specifically for the customer, they are not returnable for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or approved design choices. If Swag Crafters Co. makes a production error or an item arrives defective, contact us so we can review the issue.
Customer-Supplied Items
Customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer's risk. Materials, coatings, finishes, and prior wear can react differently to heat, engraving, or other production processes. Replacement cost for a customer-supplied item is not included in the service price.
DTF Artwork Requirements
DTF orders should be submitted as print-ready artwork with a transparent background whenever possible. Artwork cleanup, background removal, resizing, vector work, or custom design may require an additional design fee. Colors can vary slightly between screens and finished prints.
Pickup & Shipping
Customers may request pickup or shipping when available. Shipping charges are added to the final quote. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Pickup instructions are provided when the order is ready.
Bulk & Specialty Orders
Bulk pricing applies to qualifying quantities using the same or substantially the same design. Specialty blanks, oversized artwork, multiple print locations, mixed garment styles, upgrades, or complex personalization may require a custom quote.
